We require a 50% deposit to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 48 hours before your event. We accept all major credit cards, bank transfers, and cash payments at our locations.

Cancellations made 30+ days before the event receive a full refund. Cancellations 14-29 days before receive a 50% refund. Cancellations less than 14 days before the event are non-refundable. Rescheduling options may be available depending on venue availability.

Your quote includes the venue rental and basic services. Additional fees may apply for extended hours, special equipment, or custom services. All applicable local taxes will be added to your final bill. Gratuity for staff is not included but is appreciated.

Standard venue rental includes tables, chairs, basic linens, standard audio-visual equipment, Wi-Fi, and venue staff. Premium packages may include additional services like enhanced decor, upgraded A/V, and valet parking.

Yes, we offer in-house catering with customizable menu options. We can accommodate various dietary restrictions and preferences. For clients wishing to use external caterers, we have an approved vendor list and may charge a kitchen usage fee.

All our venues offer on-site parking. New York and Chicago locations have limited spaces, while our Los Angeles venue has ample parking. Valet service is available for an additional fee. Public transportation options are also available near all locations.

Yes, our culinary team can accommodate various dietary needs including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, kosher, and allergy-specific requirements. Please notify us of these needs during the booking process or at least 14 days before your event.

All our venues are fully accessible with ramps, elevators, accessible bathrooms, and designated parking spaces. We can also provide additional accommodations upon request, such as sign language interpreters or materials in alternative formats.

Yes, you can bring your own decorations, but they must comply with our venue policies. Open flames, confetti, glitter, and adhesives that may damage surfaces are not permitted. Please coordinate with your event manager for installation times and any specific requirements.
